NATATORIUM HVAC & MECHANICAL SYSTEMS UPGRADE IN 2024:

 As the Natatorium crowns its 20 year anniversary, our major mechanical equipment is nearing the end of its life cycle, as anticipated.  Therefore, the Natatorium has partnered with Leopardo Energy to do a major overhaul and replace nearly 100 pieces of equipment including HVAC units, chillers, dehumidification units, exhaust fans, the boiler plant and much more in 2024.   

Facility Shutdown August 6th, 7th, & 8th! 

Dates subject to change based on weather conditions or supply issues.

• In August, a massive 300 ton crane will be erected on site on the community wing/side parking lot. This lot will be closed for a full week.
• During this period, the Natatorium will be closed for 3 full days per OSHA standards, while equipment is lifted on and off the upper roof.  
• From August 1-31 the Natatorium Aquatics Center will be closed while Dehumidification units are installed and major repair work on two pool floors is completed.  This is an extension of the annual pool shutdown.
