The Kids’ Castle is the babysitting facility in The Natatorium located just east of the interactive tree area. Your child's safety comes first! That's why at the Kids' Castle, we care for your child's safety with numbered wristbands/tags, security cameras, sanitized toys and a parent/guardian sign in and out process. Please, no crawling children. We ask that you utilize the Kids' Castle once the child is walking. Babysitting is limited to a maximum stay of two hours per child. Babysitting services in the Kids’ Castle are free for children of annual members (or active annual member in the household age 18 and over). Children of the annual member will be issued a “Kids’ Castle” ID card, which the parent will use for free admission to the Kids’ Castle. Proof of guardianship/age must be presented when the card is issued.

Children wishing to use other parts of the building, for example the Aquatics Center, are required to pay the daily rate. Babysitting services are also included for children who have paid an entrance fee to the Natatorium (ie: swam first). When paying the $4 fee, please present the receipt for the child to the Kid’s Castle staff as proof of admission payment
Please note that space in the Castle is limited. Therefore, all children are admitted on a first come/first serve basis, with a maximum of 20 children at any single time. We do not permit any electronic devices, including cell phones in the castle.

On your first visit, please provide proof of age via the child’s birth certificate or a hospital record. If you have already brought one in to the Welcome Desk, we would be happy to check that for you.
Emergency Medical Form
To better care for your child, an emergency medical form must be filled out prior to leaving your child in the Kids’ Castle. These forms can be picked up at any time at the Welcome Desk, or in the Kids’ Castle.
Due to allergies, please do not bring any food or beverages into the Kids’ Castle.
Health and Illness
If your child has shown signs of illness that day, please do not bring him/her to the castle. Remember, if your child is too ill to attend school, he/she is too ill to visit the Castle.
