Our staff of nationally certified personal trainers has the knowledge and experience to help you create a healthier life style and improve your strength and cardiovascular system. Training is available for all levels. If you have been away from exercise or never really started, we have a trainer for you. If you are an experienced athlete and want to fine tune your workouts, we can help you meet your goals!

To get started pick up our Health Status Questionnaire from the Welcome Desk, or by clicking on this link. Please turn in this form when you purchase your training sessions, and our training coordinator will have one of our trainers contact you. Membership or daily fee is required at time of session.
Cancellation Policy: The trainer must be notified 24 hours in advance for cancellation to avoid being charged for the scheduled session.
Note: Only Natatorium trainers are permitted to train within the Natatorium building under the guide of "Personal Trainer" due to liability issues. For your safety, make sure your trainer is a Natatorium Personal Trainer.

Gary Crabtree
ACE, AHA
Gary is a certified personal trainer, health coach, senior specialist (ACE), and BLS instructor with the American Heart Association. His specialty includes weight loss, senior fitness, kettle bell, and basic nutrition.
Sharon Dorn
ISSA
Sharon is a certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and fitness coach. She specializes in overall physique conditioning through weight lifting, strength training, and cardio for all ages and fitness levels.
Kate Sitler
B.S., M.A, ACSM, USAT
Kate is an experienced personal trainer for all levels, including triathletes. She instructs strength, core, cardio, cycling, and is a Master Cross Core instructor. Kate has competed in numerous Triathlon and IronMan competitions around the world and achieved “All World Athlete” status in the 2015/2016 season.

Lenore is a registered nurse anesthetist for 33 years. She maintains her health with balance between rest & exercise and looks forward to sharing that and has insights into maximizing fitness at any age.
Caleb Beneke

Caleb is a certified personal trainer and a group fitness instructor . He started his fitness journey with his own weight loss and wants to help others achieve their fitness goals. He specializes in weight loss and strength building using a variety of methods.

Pilates Reformer Sessions.
Work with one of our specially trained Pilates Reformer instructors to get that lean, long-muscled dancer's body.
The reformer takes all of the core building benefits of Mat Pilates and takes it a step further. The resistance of the strap and pulley system, allows people of all fitness levels to achieve an effective workout which improves posture, strength, and coordination.
The bars and cables of the reformer allow exercise movement through a full range of motion, by providing assistance and resistance. As you become more proficient with the reformer, you will use more of your own strength and coordination to execute each exercise.
