KARATE KIDS:
Character Building, self confidence, coordination, fitness and fun! Classes meet every Saturday from 11:45am-12:45pm for ages 6-11. Ages 12 and over participate in adult Karate. $50 for residents and $70 for non residents for one 8 week session. The progam is ongoing, year round. Certifications not included in the price.

SUMMER CAMP:
Our Fit & Strong SUMMER CAMP for 2025 was scheduled for two weeks in June (17-19 & 24 -26).
It was a sell out and the kids had a great time. Please check back in March, 2026 for details for our camp next summer!

SWIM CLUB dates to be announced:
Join the Natatorium swim club for kids ages 7-15. Required to have successfully passed swim level 3. Swim club participants will develop and build fundamental skills needed for a competitive swim team. Click here for more info.
