Homeschool for the 2014-2015 school year has conculded, enjoy your summer!


Ages K-12.



Join us weekly during the school year for homeschool open gym and swim! Participants will practice skills in group sports, fitness classes, health and nutrition, with a mix of aquatics classes and splash around fun. NEW! The third Wednesday of every month will be a pool fitness and fun day!  Fit Kid Coordinator, John Dunfee will create the curriculum you’re looking for. He is a certified personal trainer for both adults and children!


Coming  back January 2015! Wednesday’s 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm (arrive around 12:45).   FREE TRIAL DAY- Wednesday, January 14, 2015. Stop in and see what it's all about at no charge.  Groups will begin in the Erie Rm.

Parents/Guardians with active monthly and annual passes may also use facility during this time. Parents tending to younger siblings are welcome to stay in the Erie Room or Kids' Castle during the open gym.



The Natatorium is proud to offer a swim lesson component as well! Take a break from the land and hop in the water for our 5 week swim lesson series in February 2014, offered during the same time on Wednesday’s. Swim lessons are optional and land programming will still be provided concurrently. Swim lessons are not a drop in option but a separate fee and once committed to swim lessons, students may not drop in on land classes after the lesson.

NEW! Swim fitness classes/activities and open swim fun will also be provided at the punch pass or daily pass value the third Wednesday of each month (excluding the swim lesson session month of October).


The swim lesson session will be for 5 weeks on Wednesday’s February 11th-March 11th. Registration the week of February 2-6th.  Kathy Burt, Aquatics Coordinator will provide more details closer to that date (330-971-8398). Groups will be divided by ability.


Swim lessons will be scheduled and charged in line with current programming.

5 weeks session

    • Residents: $23.00/child
    • Non Residents: $34.00/child

Land punch pass is not applicable.



A limited amount of spots will be available. Parents/guardians will need to fill out the swim lesson ability sheet to assist in-group placement (see website) and submit to Kathy Burt. You will be notified and given an activity placement card via mail or email. Submit (or mention) the placement card during the time of enrollment. Participants will need to be in suits and ready to enter the pool at their assigned time on those Wednesday’s.
