Our staff of nationally certified personal trainers has the knowledge and experience to help you create a healthier life style and improve your strength and cardiovascular system. Training is available for all levels. If you have been away from exercise or never really started, we have a trainer for you. If you are an experienced athlete and want to fine tune your workouts, we can meet your goals.

To get started pick up our Health Status Questionnaire from the Welcome Desk, or by clicking the link below. Please turn in this form when you purchase your training sessions, and our training coordinator will have one of our trainers contact you. Membership or daily fee required at time of session.
Cancellation Policy: The trainer must be notified 24 hours in advance for cancellation to avoid being charged for the scheduled session.
Note: Only Natatorium trainers are permitted to train within the Natatorium building under the guise of "Personal Trainer" due to liability issues. For your safety, make sure your trainer is a Natatorium Personal Trainer.

Judy Conway

Judy has years of experience personal training and instructing group Fitness (Boot Camp, cycling, Strength, Step). Judy enjoys training all levels and abilities
Jennifer Durbin
A.A, AFAA, AHA
Jennifer personal trains all levels. She also instructs a variety of cardio movement classes including of Zumba, Hip Hop, and Kickboxing .
Sara Renard
B.S. ,M.A., AFAA, AHA, TRX
Sara has extensive experience as a sports coach, and instructor. She teaches Boot camp, TRX and strength. Her specialty is training speed, agility and sport specific workouts.
Kate Sitler
B.S., M.A, ACSM,USTA,
Kate is an experienced personal trainer for all levels, including triathletes. She instructs strength, core, cardio, cycling, and is a Master Cross Core instructor. Kate has competed in numerous Triathlon and IronMan competitions around the word and achieved “All World Athlete” status in 2015/2016 season.
Pilates Reformer Sessions.
Work with one of our specially trained Pilates Reformer instructors to get that lean, long-muscled dancer's body.
The reformer takes all of the core building benefits of Mat Pilates and takes it a step further. The resistance of the strap and pulley system, allows people of all fitness levels to achieve an effective workout which improves posture, strength, and coordination.
The bars and cables of the reformer allow exercise movement through a full range of motion, by providing assistance and resistance.
The reformer provides a fluid resistance component to exercise which provides a unique opportunity to see results from your workouts faster.
As you become more proficient with the reformer, you will use more of your own strength and coordination to execute each exercise.
Consistently working on the reformer can improve your body composition—of lean muscle to fat ratio.
