The Aquatic Center provides fitness and recreation choices for the whole family, including four pools holding almost 400,000 gallons of water!  This state-of-the-art facility is home to thousands of fitness swimmers and open swim users.  Come splash around in the spray features, dive and slide during open swim hours. We also welcome thousands of swim lesson participants each year!  There is no other indoor aquatic center like this one around!

Visitor Notice: A valid government issued photo ID (i.e. Driver's License, Military ID, Passport, State Issued ID) for anyone 16 years of age and older is required for single entry visits, monthly passes and annual memberships.

The Aquatics Center Hours are as follows:

  • Monday-Friday Facility 5:30am- 8:45pm
  • Saturday Facility 7:00am- 6:45pm
  • Sunday Facility 9:00am-6:45pm

There are always at least 2 lanes available for fitness lap swimming and 1 lane open for exercise  Please be courteous and keep your use of the lanes to 30 minutes or less. Fitness Swim is for ages 12 and over.

Therapy Pool

Our therapy pool is open for use unless Western Reserve physical therapists have reserved the time. Please click here to see the schedule for this pool specifically. 

Note: Therapy Pool Temp: 89 ° Pool Temperatures are regulated by the Health Department. Temperatures may fluctuate slightly.Per the Ohio Administrative Code: Chapter 3701-31-01; S2 “Higher temperatures” means greater than 90° degrees Fahrenheit.Therefore the set point cannot exceed 89 °

The Leisure Pool includes a large zero depth entry area, a 198' water slide, a water jet propelled current channel, lap lanes, and interactive play and spray features for the kids. Temperature is approximately 84 degrees.

The Lap/Diving Pool has six lanes, each measuring 6' wide and 25 yards long, and is able to host competitive events. Temperature is approximately 82 degrees.

The Instructional Pool/Therapy Pool allows easy access with a long bank of steps and a hydraulic lift. 89 degree water will make the pool perfect for kids’ swim lessons, water exercise and arthritis classes, and medically supervised therapy services. The Spa is maintained at 103 degrees.

Men’s and Women’s Saunas are connected to each of the main locker rooms.  Both 74 square foot saunas seat up to 16 people.  They emphasize the health benefits of the Finland Saunas, providing muscle relaxation, stress relief, detoxification and more, while maintaining different tolerant zones that ranges from 145 degrees to 180 degrees for patron convenience.
