Karate for Adults will resume June 15th.  The session ended on March 11th and 2 weeks are remaining to complete the pre-paid cycle. A new schedule will be created for next session.

Karate for Kids will resume June 20th. The session ended on March 14th and 6 weeks are remaining to complete the pre-paid cycle.  A new schedule will be created for next session.

Karate for Adults

Karate is a fun and unique way to achieve fitness conditioning, while gaining self-awareness, self-defense skills, and mind/body control. All classes are instructed by certified  Black Belts.

When: Monday and Wednesday

          7:00pm-8:30pm All Levels

          8:30pm-10:00pm Advanced Rank

          Saturday (with the exception of the summer)

          12:45pm-2:15pm All Levels

          2:15pm-3:45pm Advanced Rank

Who: Ages 12-Adult

Fees: $18 due by the first of each month.

Karate' Kids

Character building, self confidence, coordination, fitness and fun! Classes meet every Saturday from  11:45am-12:45 pm for ages 6-11.  $39 for Residents; $59 for Non Residents for one 8 week session.  The program is ongoing. This excludes certification dues. Tai Chi

Tai Chi Advanced only will resume June 10th. The session ended March 11th and 2 weeks are remaining to complete the pre-paid cycle. Tai Chi beginners will not start this phase, stay tuned! A new schedule will be created for next session.

Improve your flexibility, balance, and strength through the ancient Chinese martial art of T'ai Chi Ch'uan. This practice has been shown to reduce stress levels, lower blood pressure, improve balance and flexibility, increase bone density, create a mind-body connection and increase your ability to concentrate.

When: Wednesdays

          6:00pm-7:00pm-Intermediate/Advanced Students

          7:00pm-8:00pm-Beginning Students - delayed at this time

Fee: $12 per month. Natatorium membership required.

A valid government issued photo ID (i.e. Driver's License, Military ID, Passport, State Issued ID) for anyone 16 years of age and older is required for single entry visits, monthly passes and annual memberships.
