These specialty classes are now at the Natatorium!

Barre is one of the fastest rising fitness trends across the country, resulting in a Long-Lean-Dancer like physique!

We are pleased to offer these classes at affordable rates; the lowest in the area- see you there!

Barre Class is Saturday's at 9:30 am with Nikki

$12/single visit, $59 for a 10 visit punch pass (plus tax)


Kettlebell will work all major muscle groups and achieve total body toning, cardio and strength. If you have a strong core and are looking for an intense workout, this is the class for you!

Kettlebell is Tuesday's at 6:30 pm with Deb

$6/single visit, $50 for a 10 visit punch pass (plus tax)


Barre and Kettlebell are premium paid classes.  Daily, monthly or annual membership is required for entrance.

Women's Workshop--Lifting 101  This workshop is for women ages 18 and up who are currently interested in working with free weights and would like instruction on correct lifting techniques.


Lifting 101 is on 4 consecutive Thursdays, beginning October 9th. The times from which to choose are 7:00am, 8:00am, and 9:15am. Class times are not interchangeable. Registration begins September 8th and runs through October 8th.


The Women's Workshops are a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 6 people per session.  Cost is $40 per person for the 4 week session. Fee does not cover entrance to the facility. Your instructor is our personal trainer, Dave Lessig.

A valid government issued photo ID (i.e. Driver's License, Military ID, Passport, State Issued ID) for anyone 16 years of age and older is required for single entry visits, monthly passes and annual memberships.
