Our staff of nationally certified personal trainers has the knowledge and experience to help you create a healthier life style and improve your strength and cardiovascular system. Training is available for all levels. If you have been away from exercise or never really started, we have a trainer for you. If you are an experienced athlete and want to fine tune your workouts, we can meet your goals.

Please turn in this form when you purchase your training sessions, and our training coordinator will have one of our trainers contact you. Membership or daily fee required at time of session.
Cancellation Policy: The trainer must be notified 24 hours in advance for cancellation, to avoide being charged for the scheduled session.

Beth Cirwinski B.S. ACE, AHA, TRX
Beth has 30 years of fitness experience, including running her own Boot Camp business.
Teaches: Kickboxing, Boot Camp, TRX, Strength and Silver classes.
Was a 2016 candidate for American Ninja Warrior.
Sara Renard B.S., M.A., AFAA, AHA, TRX Sara has extensive experience as a sports coach and instructor. She teaches Boot Camp, TRX, and Strength. Her specialty is training speed, agility, and sport specific workouts.
Deb Roberson, B.A.,M.S., NASM & AHA, TRX
Deb is a former competitive basketball player in both the USA and Europe.
She is an experienced competitor in weight training and Posing. She personal trains all levels.
Deb teaches Kettlebell, TRX and Strength classes.
Jerry Sponseller, B.S., M.S. AFAA, AHA
Available to personal train all levels. In addition to his fitness experience and
certifications, Jerry holds a second degree Black Belt in Karate.
He teaches kickboxing, Boot Camp, and Self Defense.
