It is a fact that 85% of people will stick to their workout plan when they use a personal trainer. Our staff of nationally certified personal trainers has the knowledge and experience to help you create a healthier life style and improve your strength and cardiovascular system. Training is available for all levels. If you have been away from exercise or never really started, we have a trainer for you. If you are an experienced athlete and want to fine tune your workouts, we can meet your goals.

To get started pick up our Health Status Questionnaire from the Welcome Desk, or by clicking the link below. Please turn in this form when you purchase your training sessions, and our training coordinator will have one of our trainers contact you.  Membership or daily fee required at time of session.

Cancellation Policy: The trainer must be notified 24 hours in advance for cancellation, to avoide being charged for the scheduled session.

Meet our team of trainers:

Sara Renard B.S., M.A., AFAA, AHA, TRX  Sara has extensive experience as a sports coach and instructor. She teaches Boot Camp, TRX, and Strength. Her specialty is training speed, agility, and sport specific workouts.

Deb Roberson, B.A.,M.S.,  NASM & AHA, TRX
Deb is a former competitive basketball player in both the USA and Europe.
She is an experienced competitor in weight training and Posing. She personal trains all levels.
Deb teaches Kettlebell, TRX and Strength classes.

Michael Sesto, B.S Exercise Science, ACSM, ACE, NASM, AHA Michael is available to train all ages, youth through adult. He specializes in strength training and corrective exercise. He currently coordinates our Youth Fitness Program.

Kate Sitler, B.S. M.A., ACSM, USTA, RBT, AHA Kate is an experienced personal trainer for all levels, including triathletes. She instructs strength, core, cardio, cycling, and is a Master Cross Core instructor. Kate has competed in numerous triathlon and IronMan competitions around the world and achieved "All World Athlete" status in the 2015/16 season.

Jerry Sponseller, B.S., M.S.  AFAA, AHA
Available to personal train all levels. In addition to his fitness experience and
certifications, Jerry holds a second degree Black Belt in Karate.
He teaches kickboxing, Boot Camp, and Self Defense.

Jennifer Durbin, A.A., AFAA, AHA
Jennifer personal trains all levels. She also in-structs a variety of cardio movement classes including of Zumba, Hip Hop, and Kickboxing.

Visitor Notice

A valid government issued photo ID (i.e. Driver's License, Military ID, Passport, State Issued ID) for anyone 16 years of age and older is required for single entry visits, monthly passes and annual memberships.
