Our staff of nationally certified personal trainers has the knowledge and experience to help you create a healthier life style and improve your strength and cardiovascular system. Training is available for all levels. If you have been away from exercise or never really started, we have a trainer for you. If you are an experienced athlete and want to fine tune your workouts, we can meet your goals.

Please turn in this form when you purchase your training sessions, and our training coordinator will have one of our trainers contact you. Membership or daily fee required at time of session.
Cancellation Policy: The trainer must be notified 24 hours in advance for cancellation, to avoide being charged for the scheduled session.

David Lessig, ACE, CSCS TRX certified
Personal trainer, group fitness, and cycling instructor since 2000. Trains with TRX, indoor cycles, endurance cardio, and strength. Trains all levels of clients. Interests include triathlons, functional fitness, Boot Camp and strength training.
John Dunfee ACSM TRX certified
US Marine 2001-2005, Coordinator for Fit Kid Fitness program. Personal trains youth and adults with TRX, Cardio, strength and Boot Camp. Degree in Exercise Physiology.
Stacey Hartley, ACE TRX certified
Registered dietician for 13 years. ACE Personal Trainer, Group Fitness and TRX instructor. Loves to work with all populations. Interests include triathlons and CrossFit style workouts.
Beth Cirwinski, ACE TRX certified
Personal trainer with years of experience teaching group fitness, and running her own Boot Camp business. Currently instructs: Kickboxing, TRX, Boot camp, Strength and Silver Classes. Enjoys running marathons and weight training. Trains all levels.
Deb Roberson, NASM TRX certified
Personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Instructs Kettlebell and strength. Former collegiate and European basketball player, and weight training/posing competitor. Specializes in basketball sports training, strength and cardio.
