Our staff of nationally certified personal trainers has the knowledge and experience to help you create a healthier life style and improve your strength and cardiovascular system. Training is available for all levels. If you have been away from exercise or never really started, we have a trainer for you. If you are an experienced athlete and want to fine tune your workouts, we can meet your goals.

Cancellation Policy: The trainer must be notified 24 hours in advance for cancellation, to avoide being charged for the scheduled session.

John Dunfee ACSM
US Marine 2001-2005, Coordinator for Fit Kid Fitness program. Specializes in personal training youth as well as adults. TRX and ACSM certified.
Stacey Hartley, ACE
Registered dietician for 13 years. ACE Personal Trainer and Group Fitness and TRX instructor. Loves to work with all populations. Interests include triathlons and CrossFit workouts.
David Lessig, ACE
Personal trainer, group fitness, and cycling instructor since 2000. Trains with TRX, indoor cycles, endurance cardio, and strength. Trains all levels of clients. Interests include triathlons, functional fitness, and strength training.
Chelsea Reed, AFAA
Group fitness instructor since 2008, personal trainer since 2011. Instructs Boot Camp, BOSU, and kickboxing.
