We offer many classes featuring a large range of intensity from the beginning user to the elite user.  All land classes are included for free with your daily, monthly or annual pass.

Pilates Reformer sessions.

We also have private and semi private piulates reformer sessions.  Work with a specially trained Pilates Reformer instructor to develop that long, lean look that dancers (and everyone else) crave.

 Interested in playing pickleball?  Join the fun Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9-11am in the gymnasium.

Pickleball will be Cancelled for school holidays, snow days, in service days.

What is pickleball? Pickleball is cross between badminton, tennis, and pingpong. It's traditionally played on a badminton-sized court with special Pickleball paddles. The ball used is similar to a wiffle ball, but slightly smaller. The lower net and wiffle ball allow the game to be accessible to people of all ages and abilities.
