2. Register with your name, cell number,  and whether you’d like to receive the alerts by text or email.

Dear Valued Natatorium Member,
 
As Summit County has reached Level 4 on the Covid-19 risk system, please continue to follow the necessary State and County mandates to provide a safe experience for all members and staff while in the facility.  The courtesy hour has now been extended from 1-3pm daily; this is a mask required block of time, including actively exercising (excludes swimming).  For high risk members or those wishing to exercise under these terms, we encourage you to visit during this time. For all members, please be reminded of the safety policies in place:
  • Masks must be worn at all times, unless actively exercising (excluding 1-3p daily). We encourage you to carry your mask on you to conveniently stay in compliance. This includes all transitions (ie: traveling to upstairs), common/lobby areas and locker rooms.  Please do not approach an employee without a mask on.
  • Please note, several sections of the facility have a maximum head count capacity. Signs are posted. Thank you in advance for abiding by these limits.
  • Please thoroughly wipe down your fitness equipment after each use.  Wipes and spray bottles are all throughout the facility.
  • Please respect 6 feet social distancing standards. We want all members and staff to feel comfortable in their respective space. Follow the directional cues.
  • Face masks, shields and gaiters are acceptable.   All other versions will not be accepted. Masks are sold at the front desk for your convenience. 
  • If you can wear a mask at all times during your visit, your effort is greatly appreciated.
  • Complete your daily symptom self assessment check and do not come to the facility if you are not feeling well or have been contact with someone Covid positive.
  • Pertinent updates and information will always be posted on the board next to the podium/check in area, please check this out upon arrival.

Hello Natatorium Members and Guests!

NEW MASK POLICY

Mask Requirements at the Natatorium

 

We are following the Director’s Orders from the Ohio Department of Public Health as it pertains to masks.

 

If you are not actively exercising, please have your mask on at all times.

To elaborate, please have your mask on:

  • Upon entry into the facility (put them on before you walk in)
  • In the lobby/common areas/kids castle lobby/tree house corridor
  • While doing transactions at the front desk
  • While swiping in the podium with your CFOne card or daily ticket
  • In walking to your exercising destination
  • In the locker rooms and community restrooms
  • While signing in for cardio equipment
  • While transitioning to different sections of the facility
  • When speaking to or approaching an employee
  • Employees will be in masks, unless actively instructing.
    • Please adhere to 6 feet social distancing between individuals
    • Masks, gaiters and face shields are acceptable; clothing may not be pulled up over face or scarves are not acceptable per the SCHD. 
    • Please thoroughly wipe equipment after each use. 
    • Complete your daily symptom self assessment check - please do not come if you feel ill or have been exposed.

Courtesy Hour - Masks are required at all times, while exercising 1:00-3:00pm daily. 

Effective Wednesday, December 8, the courtesy hours have extended from 1:00-:300pm daily, masks are required at all times (including actively exercising). No exceptions, no medical wristbands during this time. This excludes while in a pool. The courtesy hour is intended for high risk populations. For those also wanting masks on at all times, please take advantage of this time slot. This applies to ages 2 and over during this time. 

 

*A good rule of thumb- have your mask on you at all times to comply with the above guidelines.

Patrons/Guests will not be required to wear masks when:

  • Actively engaged in exercise
  • Swimming in a pool
  • Seated and eating
    • All while providing 6 foot social distancing between individuals
  • Ages 10 and under. (Kids castle serves ages 1-9). Groups, homeschool program - all kids in masks for transitions.
  • Hand outs provided at front desk.
  • Those with a medical note for an exemption, will be issued a wristband to wear while in the facility (excludes courtesy hours).

Modified hours of operation: Monday - Friday 5:30am-9:00pm; Saturday 7:00am-7:00pm; and Sunday 9:00am-7:00pm High risk population courtesy hour 1:00p-2:00p daily.

Things to know as we open our doors:

  • Please enter through the front doors only- follow Enter or Exit signage
  • 6 feet of social distancing is required for members, guests and employees at all times.  All equipment available has been measured in advance to be a minimum of 6 feet apart.
  • Guests are required to sanitize their hands upon entry. Please use the Gojo Purell wipe station in front of the podium - this will also be a self check in station.
  • The Natatorium is equipped with Purell Gojo gym wipe stations (floor and wall mount) all throughout the facility. 
  • All members and guests are required to clean/sanitize each piece of equipment after use.
  • Routine disinfection of high touch areas, hard surfaces, equipment, restrooms, locker rooms and all open areas will be continuously rotated by staff.
  • Signage will be posted for members as it pertains to member screening/self checks, social distancing, and directional cues to navigate throughout the facility.
  • Members are required to conduct self-assessment and not enter the facility with symptoms or exposure to COVID-19.
  • Doors may be propped open to eliminate high touch areas where applicable.
  • Restrooms and Locker rooms should have limited users to maintain social distancing.  Members and guests are encouraged to arrive dressed for work out and clean up at home.
  • Employees will be provided manuals and training as it pertains to COVID-19 prevention and mandates required.
  • Employees will complete a temperature check and screening upon arrival.
  • Lost and found is no longer permitted.
  • Equipment rental is no longer permitted.
  • Water fountains will be unavailable.  Water will be sold. Bottle filling stations may be used.
  • Power Station food and beverage service opens June 1st.

 PHASE 3

  • Ocotober 15- West court basketball, shoot around only play.  No full/half court permitted.  Bring your own ball.
  • Ocotober 15 - West court pickleball resinstated. Schedule Tuesday's and Thursday's 9am-11am.
  • June 19 - Leisure pool available for fitness swimming.  Lap sign up no longer required. 
  • June 24 - Adult locker room showers and Family Changing Rooms available.
  • June 29 - Racquetball courts may be reserved - please bring your own equipment.
  • July 3-5 - Weekend family, open swim begins Friday, Saturday, Sunday.  See aquatics page for details/schedules.
  • July 6 - Water fitness classes resumed.  Modified schedule on Aquatics Page.
  • July 6 - Fit Kid resumed. Modified schedule on Fit Kid Page.

** Any bank drafted passes that went on a couresty hold at re-opening have been reinstated with the August 28th bank draft, for September usage.

PHASE 1 

  • May 26 – upper fitness, track lanes 1 & 4, fitness circuit, lower fitness (basketball court repurposed with equipment). Locker rooms and rest rooms in these areas.  .
  • June 1 - Personal Training

PHASE 2

  • June 8 - New land group fitness schedule posted. Visit land fitness page.
  • June 10 - Tai Chi Advanced resumes.  Remaining pre-paid sessions will pick up. Visit Karate/Tai Chi page
  • June 15 - Children ages 15 and under accompanied by an adult may return to fitness guidelines as set below.
  • June 15 - Adult Karate will resume.  Remaining pre-paid sessions will pick up.  Visit Karate/Tai Chi page.
  • June 15 - Kids Castle will re-open.  Guidelines have changed.  Kids Castle page will be updated soon.
  • June 20 - Karate Kids will resume.  Remaining pre-paid sessions will pick up. Visit Karate/Tai Chi page

 

 

All timeframes are subject to change to best serve member needs and remain in compliance with the Health Department. All schedules and regulations per division will be provided on updated handouts when available.

 

 

Visitor Notice

A valid government issued photo ID (i.e. Driver's License, Military ID, Passport, State Issued ID) for anyone 16 years of age and older is required for single entry visits, monthly passes and annual memberships.
